A vacuum pump oil filter is used to remove unwanted particles, such as debris and dust, from the oil that lubricates the compression chamber of a vacuum pump. This ensures that the oil remains clean and retains excellent lubrication and sealing properties.
The filter is made of cellulose for standard and ATEX applications, while for applications with extended oxygen content, it is made of glass fiber.
